Description
This is a 90 degree tooling block to provide an additional vertical workpiece fixturing and clamping area for small CNC horizontal mills.
For small CNC horizontal mills that have a T-slot to T-slot distance of 40mm and a T-slot width of 6.13mm. The 90 degree tooling block is CNC machined flat and square on three sides from a 1/2″ thick by 4″ high by 3″ wide by 12″ long aluminum 6061 angle.
This tooling block has thirty tapped 6mm x 1.0 thread holes arranged on a 20mm by 1″ grid, as well as eight 6mm diameter thru holes for inserting 6mm round dowels.
Ships with four 6mm x 1.0 socket head cap screws, four 6mm keys with 3mm mounting screws, as well as eight 6mm diameter by 24mm long steel dowel pins.
